Day 1: Windremere and Keswick
Arrive in the Lake District with a guided tour of Lake Windremere, the largest lake in England. Visit the charming villages of Bowness and Windremere, where you can sample local delicacies and visit museums dedicated to the works of Beatrix Potter. After lunch, the tour continues to Keswick, where you will learn about the geological heritage of the region.
Day 2: Nature Walks and Scenic Views
Day 2 includes walking routes through the Lake District National Park. You will see the Eyre Force waterfalls and climb to viewpoints with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. Your guide will tell you about the history of the region and its influence on Romantic poets such as William Wordsworth.
Day 3: Relax and be creative
The final day of the tour is dedicated to relaxation and creativity. You can take part in a landscape painting workshop or a cookery class where you will learn the secrets of local cuisine. After lunch, a transfer to London will conclude the trip.
